This place is full of politics and being run mannered directors do not join no job security and max 6 months upper management is worst old people without brain running the show and minting money . Hardly any admission they have they hire you so that director can save his job

Its a Good institution for students as well as faculties. The study materials are up-to-date and for faculties, remunerations are best in the industry. Working and learning environments both are good. As I am associated with this institution since 2014, so far I have a very good experience working with IMT people.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
