Not like. No govt rule follow up just like govt holiday and policies. No salary given to staff on timely

Management is not good, mostly time misbehaviour by staff . No rule followup. After notice period no salary given by management.

I have been associated with this institute from last 4 years. In IITM we work as a team with each individual getting chance to grow and learn. The role efficacy is high and employees are part of the decision making process. The reward policy is good we do get appreciation and rewards for our excellence in work such as teaching and research.

Good campus and cafeteria, transport facility.

Dislikes

Provide offer letter after joining the institute, No appraisals, No HR policy, Biased increments, Politics, No respect of juniors, doesn’t provide salary slip, poor salary structure, no employee retention, no job security.
