... and growth is just the knowledge of subject that keep on decreasing day by day. The management always tries to reduce the salary of guest staffs in all possible ways. The administration runs the institutions by giving less salary to guest staffs (high work load) and high salary to few permanent staffs (low work load). Work is not proportional to salary for guest staffs.

Dislikes

90% of the company runs with guest staffs and the benifits are all given to permanent staffs.

Truly speaking very bad control over every activities they done especially they doesn't properly manage the students.The college doesn't provide good environment to the staff.

The management doesn't provide job satisfaction and job security
