Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There is know good about this place as their is know job security they can for you anytime . The management doesn’t follow any company policy as there is know policy neither any hr policy.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics & the management doesn’t address the issue the administration treat employees as beggar when asked about the salary . The salary is never on time n know hike which ultimately makes ur growth slow. The director gives false commitment n talks as if u r unworthy incapable. The organisation is filled with lies filthy messy. They barge in ur personal life n time by taking ur Sunday also. No payment for over time. So please think 1000 time entering in this organisation. If u want to ruin ur peace of mind.

First of all I have gave my 7months to IHS not 11 month...It is a good platform for those who looking for a career in business sector or medical sector...rest of it....people can go and have some good time with the staff u will get to know.

Despite of poor managment and very unworthy leadership there are some very highly qualified staff like prof.s.s.rao who will make you realise about actual work and responsibilities.Its give me satisfaction that this institute have such kind of people working with them.
