IGIB work culture is good. Institute environment is high class. Life is also flexible and easy. its a leading organization in the field of R&D. They recruit intelligent and smart people.

Dislikes

No job security, Only good for Freshers. Working for long time will be idiotic. They can terminate at any time. There is no chance of permanant. There is huge discrimination to take temporary and Permanent employee. Permanent people can misbehave at anytime. Working in IGIB for a shorter time period can be a good decision. If you are associated with good scientist then you are lucky. If you are thinking to join IGIB pls prepare your mindset for short term. Never stop searching new job.its a very hard for Project staff. Its too good place for PhD. student who are having independent fellowship.
