I don't like anything about this company.... The culture is literally worst and if you wanna learn how to do politics then it's a good company for you

All the upper level staff wants you to come to office even if you're not well still they want you to come and firstly submit the doctor's prescription then they'll allow you to take leave and not only this the leave will be unpaid leave even if you have your sick leaves left.

It was a good company only if you know how to shake your head with your senior. Nobody, however good he/she is allowed to move ahead, coz the trio cannot digest the fact that there can be anyone in this company who could know things.

Their is no proper management and very stupid judgements, they take any decision at once without thinking about the results.

Dislikes

Their is no proper management and no one knows anything about what training means. They take unnecessary action at instant without thinking about its after effects and there is neither any growth.
