Here we have great work culture. Work life balance. Salary with market rate.

We do not get promotion very easily. Since Instem is acquired by Archimed, there have been lot restructuring made to the roles. Cyber incident happened in early 2024 had impacted the revenue that caused the lay-off saying that we are restructuring the role. Otherwise it was great place to work.

Everyone has been treated equally with respect and everyone's voice can be heard, opinion and contribution matters. Very good work-life balance, flexible working hours. Instem quickly felt like home, due to its well-defined processes, supportive working environment and perfect work/life balance. One always has a reliable point of contact throughout your onboarding period where people are only too happy to help and answer questions.
