Here we have great work culture. Work life balance. Salary with market rate.

We do not get promotion very easily. Since Instem is acquired by Archimed, there have been lot restructuring made to the roles. Cyber incident happened in early 2024 had impacted the revenue that caused the lay-off saying that we are restructuring the role. Otherwise it was great place to work.

...ng at Instem is that you work on the products which makes people's lives easier. You also get a competitive salary, which is entirely fixed.

There can be more team engaging activities and outings, but due to covid most of the staff is working remotely so this experience is being missed.

Everyone has been treated equally with respect and everyone's voice can be heard, opinion and contribution matters. Very good work-life balance, flexible working hours. One always has a reliable point of contact throughout your onboarding period where people are only too happy to help and answer questions.
