There is too much dirty politics here. If you are decent and innocent introvert type person so you can not survive here. You have to make good relations with seniors nd have to be sycophant.

This company is really good for a fresher who just completed his graduation or 12th they can easily get hired and gain experience for their future. Environment is very good you will feel very comfortable working here. Work pressure is average and management is just ok.

Dislikes

Salary and promotion culture does not even get 1 star, they are really bad when promoting thier employees, and they a very basic salary which is just enough to complete one's need. Other thing do not expect much about activities and functions.

While I worked at Instagram, I used to feel like this a lot and I got to learn a lot from a lot of people there.

But I like the team leaders who are from ICR department, their nature is It was very bad, those people never spoke straight.

There is nothing for growth, they are hiring labours only with no skills and sense of humor they just want puppets gives you comfort zone but you will be limited in the skills when you go somewhere you will feel dumb. Nothing to learn or just forget about growth

It is a good company to join. People are nice and friendly here. You can feel free while working here in terms of timings.

People are friendly but drag things all over also it has not much growth except for some departments.
