...ver join Doubtnut. They make you work 11 hrs a day & sometimes 7 days a week. They would deduct your salary if you didn't complete your target or were on bad terms with your manager. They are insensitive & fraud.

... not better than call centres, but not worse as well. Both are little different. In call centres there is no target, but less salary. In doubtnut you have targets and good salary plus incentives.

The TLs are not that good, they pressurise more in talktime than on selling.

...ss lecture. Your work is to present these fake things on the name of streaming . Have to grab money in multiples of three of your salary. Have to mislead students and parents. Fake organization ever. Their managers can take meetings anytime of day or night. I.e. 12:00 AM. Can call you anytime. Change workdays and workhours without prior notice. If you don't generate any sales you will be fired. In first days you will be provided zero drum leads. Mean the phone numbers of students who are not taking their plans from last 3 years will be given to you. If you are able to generate rupees 5k everyday from these wrost students. You are best else get out of organisation.This company use wrost ever CRM and calling system. Everything wrost no hike in life and salary. Zero environment. Bad words everywhere. Specially not for women workers.
