Some business lines have micromanagers. Priorities change as per convenience. Hence, you are always burning.

...m members are always helpful 2. Good mentors and leaders 3. Work life balance 4. ESOPs for all employees(when salary was cut due to covid reasons) 5. Good employee experience (vaccination for all, wfh setup reimbursement, etc)

Dislikes

1. If you spent more time in the same team, you get saturated, transition to cross functional teams is difficult. 2. Sometimes, chaotic management in moving people from one team to another. 3. Learning & development could be more streamlined 4. Actual employee engagement activities should be there especially during WFH time. 5. Work pressure sometimes is high

I personally advice please dont join in startup they ruin life in politics,job security is not assured. Anytime you will be fired with unknown reason. Leaders don't know how to run process they just blame you and get rid of the system your suggestion is not valued. Be aware don't be like me . Now jobless of this company ruined life

Instarem gives you the exposure you require that you would expect from a fintech company. The learnings at Instarem were crucial for me to shape my career. I have been exposed to multiple products across the fintech ecosystem and know the detailed workings that power financial products.

Super toxic work culture especially in the payments team - Retail, highly insensitive and immature manager. Managers just to what comes in there mind.
