... all seven days in a week by saying that it is urgent or by any other reason. 4. Toxic work culture - The company lacks transparency in salary hike and permanent employment decision by creating stressful and demotivating environment. 5. Unfair performance evaluation- Manages remain silent throughout the year and at the time of appraisal treat employees as liabilities. 6. Lack of employee recognition- Hardwork and performance are rarely acknowledged. Employees are expected to listen and obey rather than have their contribution valued. 7. No written policy - HR and other higher management build their own rule and guidelines time to time

skill development is less as working on legacy product compensation is okay not matching industry standards and not many perks are given here there is no process of doing things here no wfh in my team company is not registered in india

There were some challenges with leave policies, but the company is actively working on improving it, which is great to see.

Likes

Leadership- The leadership is very much involved and experienced. I had other offers but i chose instant systems because of Uzay and Itisha. when itisha took my interview i was impressed by her profile and the level of questions she asked also the knowledge she had and the projects that she was working on. When i was not able to decide which offer to choose, Uzay personally called me to answer my queries and assure me that I am making the right choice. I also has an interaction with Barry Nelson client of Instant system and that interaction and the way he explained to me the product and the project (also his personal involvement in hiring process) was also a turning point that helped me make the decision
