Unequal benefits - Junior employee are not allowed to take work from home and leaves while senior employees enjoy these benefits as per their convenience. 3. Nowork life balance - Expect to work all seven days in a week by saying that it is urgent or by any other reason. 4. Toxic work culture - The company lacks transparency in salary hike and permanent employment decision by creating stressful and demotivating environment. 5. Unfair performance evaluation- Manages remain silent throughout the year and at the time of appraisal treat employees as liabilities. 6.
