Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There is no proper management. The owner runs this business as Lala ki dukan. They deduct half day salary if you are 10 min late at work but never appreciate that employees are still working 14 hrs a day. They will lay off you the moment their purpose of your presence is over. Senior members are more keen on office politics than getting actual work done and the person who does actual work always becomes a victim of their play.
