.... POLITICS RUNS RAMPANT AT EVERY CORNER WITH OUTSIDERS WIELDING UNDUE INFLUENCE. IF YOU ARE SEEKING CONFIRMATION OR SALARY HIKE , FORGET ABOUT IT, ITS SIMPLY NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. WHATS WORSE EVEN RSP OFFICES ( CLIENTS ) SEEM COMPLICIT CHARADE, LIKELY DUE TO SOME MYSTERIOUS BENEFITS THEY RECIVE ($?). MY ADVICE ANYONE CONSIDERING JOING RSP PROJECT: DO NOT DO THAT, YOUR CAREER BE IN RUINS BEFORE IT EVEN BEGAINS. DO NOT EXPECT ANY HELP FROM KOLKATA HR DEPARTMENT. AVOID INSPIRISYS SOLUTION LTD RSP ( ROURKELA )

HR policies & HR not supportive, no increments, salary does not get you as per your experience. As per company calendar you gets Saturday off but they do work from you on Saturday. Not gets extra leave & money of that days.

Teammates are very good and helpful. Also salary paid on time.

Dislikes

HR team and management staff is very careless and their behaviour is also terrible. Provided F&F settlement and experience letter after 90 days(from last working day) even other organisations are provided within 45 days. Also no work-life balance.

Company lacks skills of executing orders, About 90% among the list of capabilities mentioned is major concern and need to be improved hence orders don't get executed Moreover company is loaded by and decisions r taken by service team.
