Compensation is decent. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

If you ask something and they'll respond with else thing. People who wants join politics, I would say, join this company for a crash course.
