Improper manpower arrangements Poor coordinations Zero job security Less appraisals Hr has no role Join only if ur ready to get fired without any reason. Only if u ll get a good hike at the time of joining. And always keep on searching if u have joined as if u don't had any option while joining.

Work life balance. Reach office strictly by 10am leave by 7. 1 min late means salary deducted

...Never seen such miserly organisation ever in my life. No professional behaviour. Salary of half person but work of 5 people. cried for basic things like drinking water and tissue paper, stating too much drinking water is being ordered. They have no regards for employee life. There is water leakage in washroom light and we could see electricity jumping through the light panel. Monsoon went by but they didn't repair it. There was fire was well in the office site as well. Attrition rate is abnormally very high. Compensation was disgusting. They ask to bring our own laptop for work and only if we buy windows 11 professional and Microsoft office that was worth 11,000 + they would provide 2000rs per month for laptop reimbursement. Dont join the organisation before proper documentation of everything that is being said on paper and mail by their business email ID

No planning No execution No marketing No incentive No approval for any project Not following any norms of real estate No respect for the employees My suggestion is never joined this company or will suggest anyone in real estate

Hopeless mangement Pathetic director No use of HR department If u want to work in sales then get ready for mc bc from the sales head No support from any side Full day sourcing , site head are hopeless with no knowledge

Everything else. Join only of you are jobless for long time and keep looking for better opportunity and leave within 1 2 months. Wont have any support from hr or anyone else. Dont trust anyone there. Don't invest money on anything they ask you to spend even if they say it will be compensated. They won't. They have loopholes and rules which they won't tell you no matter how much deep you get into the rules and clause.
