You can fight with other employee and abuse him in site. Even then HR and company won't take any action. Owner is from Bihar and He is implementing Jungle Raaj here in company.

...eed more people and they gave less manpower..HR gives no response on any query.. salary issue not entertained properly..General issues not entertained.

Salary is on time only this is good thing I m looking in Inspira.

Appraisal & work culture is not good Inspira. management support is not upto the mark. No overtime and pay on holidays facilities. Employee works on over mode.

- Nobody cares, you'll be sent on client site and forgotten. - Anybody is anybody's manager. - People can get away with anything. Literal offenders are working in the company. You can abuse anyone, you can fight with anyone and nobody will care. - Females should stay away from this company. Even males are not safe. - As long as you're there on the client site, you will never get fired. Do whatever pleases you.

When one quarter payment is hold from client then your appraisal is also on hold and if manager said “ kl se mt aana” then company have no response. HR team also not responding.

Inspira provide sodexo meal card but money deducted from CTC part.
