...lac. The bond duration is of 2 years and in this 2 years your life will be hell. Less salary and more work in the name of opportunity and learning. Only advice for new joiners is to look for somewhere else. Do not waste your precious 2 years for someone xyz company.

Likes

Good for Freshers. Management supports to learn a lot and having multiple projects at a time really help a person to learn in fast pace environment. The co-founder is technologically sound and hence support to implement cutting edge things. Work life balance is good however development machine and servers needs to improve. Company provided good support at the time of lockdown and even when there were no client projects.

None which matters for a long period

They gave me so many opportunities to learn new things. It helped me to improve my technical as well as personal aspects.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. But only the thing is you’ll get paid quite less compared to your work. But this is the best company for your technical skills growth.
