Senior staff are well mannered. They even treat you very well.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

I worked here for 19 months. No appraisal and no salary hike. Worst experience after full dedication with my efforts I still have to beg for the hike and eventually had to leave.

Still I am not find out any reason to work in Inspace Technology.

Dislikes

They written on offer letter that 12 casual leaves and 5 sick leave which you will never get it. If you'll work 3-4 yrs you will not get any increments. When you rise a voice for increments after 3-4yrs so they will create a issue and release from they're organization and hire a new person.

salary and leave, every Saturday work, if I take two days leave in this month 2or3 months after only I can take leave if I ask before 2 months, they will say I cant assure for your leave, you are taking to much leaves it not good, like that they say

Working environment was good to work. I had good teams to manage, customers like Renew Power, BL Kapoor hospital, Ganga Ram hospital others.
