Insomniacs is only meant for freshers! Freshers are clueless and so are they. The HR is only there to deduct your salary, nothing else. One of the directors of the company is loud, aggressive and abusive (that's why they haven't installed any CCTV cameras inside the office because the director might lose it on its employees ANY GIVEN MOMENT). Timings are 12-9 and I can assure you, you'll never leave that place before 12. During lunch break you'll be struggling to find a place to sit and eat. Let's come to the main point, they claim to be creative but they're vague (once you'll start working for them, you'll understand it all by yourself). And also, they have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to their employees' ailing health. I would like to conclude with just three words to describe them; clueless, pointless and useless.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
