Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The teammates are good and having a helping nature. Their is no any kind of training is available here. Work environment is great.

There is no job security. You will be fired if project gets closer. There is tremendous pressure from directors.

Startup company who doesn't value there workers. No office, works from a flat.

Dislikes

No work culture. No benefits, appreciation. Can't even take leaves when required, will provide you with extra work. Company is run in a flat. No meetings, just work. Boss will continuously sit on your head.
