They don't care about there employees, they have not given us salary form 4 month and making us work overtime and company CEO personal fav employee are doing nothing and just eating aur whole salary

...nts. This abrupt decision caused significant distress and financial instability. To make matters worse, my repeated attempts to resolve the matter amicably by requesting fair compensation for the damages caused have gone unanswered. Despite several emails and messages including to their personnel, I have not received any clarity or updates on my pending payment or severance request. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability is unacceptable. Their inability to honor their commitments has put me in a difficult position, and I would strongly advise other to think twice before associating with this organization. trust is essential in professional relationships, and unfortunately, this organization has failed to uphold it.

i like the work culture of the company. my colleagues are amiable. team leads are very encouraging

when it comes to the salary and job security, it is really the worst company. suddenly they'll fire people due to budget constraints. I didn't get paid for 2 months. there are no hikes or promotions. one day the head of this company conducted DSU suddenly he told employees to leave the company or work for free.

...adership fails to provide a clear vision, healthy work culture and basic ethics. Salary payments were consistently delayed and unpredictable. Despite promises, I'm still wainting for my last two month's salary, six months after I left. The organization's flaws: - Disorganized project management, despite numerous BAs, TLs and SMs. Most of the works directly asiigned by CEO. Then why having so many manager level employees. Such a waste of money. - Unresponsive and uncommunicative seniors and TLs. - Unprofessional HRs like Mitesh, Arti, Shreya. - Exploitation of interns,treating them as free labour and calling them donkeys and monkeys behind their back. CEO Vivek Mishra and CTO Saket Shrivastva prioritize profits over peoples, engaging in suspected tax fraud(Why this company having mutiple names. For example the Name Winsignia only used in payslips, you can't find anywhere else)and callously terminating employees without notice or compensation. Don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid this company at all cost. Protect yourself from their dishonest practices and unprofessional behaviour . Remember you deserve better.

Very very bad company please do not join here, it is really terrible and frustrating, there is no management, there is no one to listen or to answer you, there is no system, it's just like saying something but doing something else, one more time it's for your benefit please do not join. It will regret it later.
