Worst company ever There's no proper salary date 1st month i got my salary on 5th of the month, next month 10th & after every month like 10,15 or 20 No vision No work culture It's feel like school funny thing is scrum people take attendance every morning and afternoon Main part work was assigned by CEO but Company have 4 BA & 5 TL & 2 Scrum Master

It's the WORST company you can ever get! They're totally fraud, haven't got my salary from last 2 months just because they have lost one of their project, don't know if they have that ONLY ONE PROJEXT to salaried 150 employees??? Their CEO clearly told to quit the company t o everyone because they don't have enough money to pay, I mean like why they hired new employees then when they know they don't have money? Why they made me signed so many bonds and documents when it's totally worthless!!!! RIDICULOUS AND SCAMMERS! Beware everyone before applying for the job at Insignia Consulting solutions, Insignia Solution, or insignia, they'all same , all fraud that's why different name!!! I'm sure they're definitely doing some kind of frauds!

Nothing to like, Don't ever join this company, most of the employees do moonlighting here, They are just doing some tax fraud, who is the CEO and CTO of the company. In fact they tell that there company is Insignia Consultancy Solutions , but in India they have registered as Winsignia. This Company is a total Fraud.

Everything is fraud here. Its a humble request with everyone whoever is giving an interview or in future wants to join in this company. Please don't ever ever join this company. No ethics and no work culture, the Team Lead of Data Science Department, who name is Sunny, he don't know the D of the Data Science. In fact don't know how to talk with his employees. Vivek Mishra, who is the CEO , he is just doing some TAX Fraud and making fool to everyone, he just give order to terminate the employees without giving any proper and prior notice. Talking about the CTO Saket Shrivastva , he just talk about work culture and ethics, but he himself don't have. They just take students from College and Ask them to work as a free or unpaid. In Fact CTO calls his interns as Free Labours, donkeys and many more.

Don't even think of working here, this is a fraud company. They haven't paid us for two months, and they don't know when they will. It is really bad. I suggest you to remain unemployed until you find a company that have talented team lead and project manager. The team lead of data science department is a joker and the biggest joker is the CTO of this company (Saket Shrivastava). They Both think that they are AI expert but they don't have knowledge equal to a person working as a data science trainee in companies like infosys or TCS.

If there was an option of negative rating i would have given. I worked on the flutter team and collaborated with data science team on MKM project. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely negative. The data science team, particularly the Jr. Data scientist seemed more focused on chatna that actual work. They copy project from youtube and present them to the team lead as their own. They hire interns from colleges like GEHU and call them gadhe and labours. This company lacks in moral compass specially the CTO(Father of AI) of this company.

Waste and thuppas company which i wasn't seen before. everybudy is cunning in nature except CEO(vivek mishra) sir... they don't want to invest money(0).. expecting cores .very thuppass time waste company.
