Very bad culture , nobody listen you, one one person created a dependency whose name is Deepak and company owner only believe him only, so don't work with this guy, even they don't have manners also.

Working culture and This company depends on one person only, the person who can polish him then you can stay there and he is Mr. Deepak, that's why good developers are left this company and get a job on big MNCs because they don't want to work with Mr dipak.
