... , no straightforward communication, no group coordination , no understanding At the end of the month after completing target they don't give salary and when you will call your TL they don't receive call don't even reply to your msg and if your take any action against them they will put on hold After 3 to 4 months HR will call you and ask you to put resign .

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
