... , no straightforward communication, no group coordination , no understanding At the end of the month after completing target they don't give salary and when you will call your TL they don't receive call don't even reply to your msg and if your take any action against them they will put on hold After 3 to 4 months HR will call you and ask you to put resign .

Work culture is good and management and company policies is provided for every employe. Every time they suggest leran new things and take opportunity for next level.

Dislikes

Only one thing continue work in night shift is not good for employe.
