The work is meaningful as it involves helping Neurodivergent children.

Dislikes

...oad- Excess workload and frequent meetings leave little time for personal tasks. Uncertain Salary– Payments are unpredictable, delayed and salaries are sometimes threatened with deductions without credible reasons. Unhealthy Environment– Therapists are discouraged from raising concerns, and questions are often met with sarcasm. Lack Trust– Employers do not trust their employees or provide job and client security. Poor Documentation – Therapists are expected to document everything properly, while the admin team fails to do so efficiently because of which the employees have to suffer. Unclear Exit– The exit process varies for each employee, with delays in issuing experience and training certificates. No Recognition– Additional tasks like social media content and blog writing are expected without remuneration or credit. Ineffective Meetings- Case discussions are rarely useful, and mandatory attendance reduces engagement. Unexplained Criticism– Employers call out their therapists, yet no clear explanation is provided when inquired about the reasons.

The friendly team and the approach. The objecrive of the organization. Work timings, required training, working with children where the employee too gets to learn as day passes.

Online meetings instead of in-person. Pay scale could be increased a bit. Providing Travel compensation would be great.

Don’t get to meet so it’s hard to resonate with coworkers when there are concerns brought forward. Feeling alone cause don’t know who to approach or how to approach any person.

1. You only get one paid leave a month, and honestly, don’t expect much empathy even if you’re bedridden. 2. There’s barely any heads-up for anything. You could be doing great and still get called in for random reviews with no explanation. 3. Meetings can go on till 9 PM, and yep, you’re expected to be super present and contribute like it’s 10 AM. It gets exhausting real quick. 4. If you’re doing homecare visits, get ready for a lot of traveling with zero financial support for it. It adds up and feels unfair. 5. During onboarding, you’ll find yourself clueless, wandering around a new school with no real idea of what you’re supposed to do. 6. If you're between clients, even when it’s not your fault, you won’t get paid for that period. 7. No matter how long you stick around, even years, your title stays “consultant.” No upgrades, no employee benefits. 8. As a shadow teacher, it’s intense. You’re expected to stay hyper-vigilant for school hours, no breaks, no downtime. Unless you’re interacting with the child or school staff, you’re basically expected to stay silent and on high alert the entire time.

Dislikes

My experience with this company has been highly disappointing. Despite being asked to join earlier than the agreed-upon date, the onboarding process was poorly handled, with little to no communication or support. Furthermore, being pressured to resign without any appropriate reason reflects a lack of respect and professionalism. The overall experience has been disorganized and discouraging, making it difficult to trust the company's values or commitment to its employees.
