Work Overload- Excess workload and frequent meetings leave little time for personal tasks. Uncertain Salary– Payments are unpredictable, delayed and salaries are sometimes threatened with deductions without credible reasons. Unhealthy Environment– Therapists are discouraged from raising concerns, and questions are often met withsarcasm. Lack Trust– Employers do not trust their employees or provide job and client security. Poor Documentation – Therapists are expected to document everything properly, while the admin team fails to do so efficiently because of which the employees have to suffer. Unclear Exit– The exit process varies for each employee, with delays in issuing experience and training certificates. No Recognition– Additional tasks like social media content and blog writing are expected without remuneration or credit. Ineffective Meetings- Case discussions are rarely useful, and mandatory attendance reduces engagement.
