The friendly team and the approach. The objecrive of the organization. Work timings, required training, working with children where the employee too gets to learn as day passes.

Online meetings instead of in-person. Pay scale could be increased a bit. Providing Travel compensation would be great.

Don’t get to meet so it’s hard to resonate with coworkers when there are concerns brought forward. Feeling alone cause don’t know who to approach or how to approach any person.

My experience with this company has been highly disappointing. Despite being asked to join earlier than the agreed-upon date, the onboarding process was poorly handled, with little to no communication or support. Furthermore, being pressured to resign without any appropriate reason reflects a lack of respect and professionalism. The overall experience has been disorganized and discouraging, making it difficult to trust the company's values or commitment to its employees.

The work in the company was diverse, as an early-stage startup they don't have many people for every task, so one gets to learn a lot quickly.

Dislikes

2 rookies run the company, they don't have any professionalism. The work environment is not healthy.
