Nothing as they ruin the mental peace, HR are playing the tactics along with the worst manager in PMO team.

Dislikes

Everything, no worklife balance, no recognition, no appreciation for hardworking employees. They harass the one who work hard on projects just for the shake of their partial behavior and even threaten the employees. I highly recommend not to join this company ever, they are the team of fools and bootlickers.

The people there were good, friendly and supportive. It felt like I could ask for help and would recieve help.

No projects, over hiring, and some managers throw you under the bus even though it's not your fault.

1. Micromanagement 2. Partiality 3. Passive aggression There's absolutely no job security, no matter how hard you have worked so far. There's no proper career progression or roadmap in sight.

There is nothing lately. Until the mergers it was ok, after that it's full of toxic culture. No even appraisals.

Micromanagement, no benefits, no job satisfaction, no motivation, no encouragement, no budget for new technologies. Full of toxic culture by the Indian management as well the onsite management. Racism and discrimination at its peak. A few Managers from onsite discriminate you on face and you can't do anything about it as they hold the power of being sr managers at the headquarters.
