Growing opportunity is very poor, Fake Commitments while coming to increments. Right person not getting what he deserves.

good company almost 15-20% hike every year good corporate environment for work work load is high but no pressure from higher management side

travel allowance was not made regularly delay from account side every month and some internal policy not good
