Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Good work culture, and work life balance.

Dislikes

It's all about the senior management, no one is actually working in this company they all are busy buttering management. No new projects, and most of the managers are always finding someone to put blame of losses. If you are not in good books of Management ,you may get fired any moment. Worst part is that they run , best work place survey and compel employees to fill it in positive.
