I don't like anything because it's so attitude to manager and HR and everyone no one think about responsibility for staff so my experience to according it's so poor .. he has taken 9hours full time and sallery giving only 7k so my experience no best and no improvement after doing continue working and and Dr. Devashish Mishra it's to good for patients no doubt but him behaviour and responsibilities 0% for staff..

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
