The culture was good, people are very friendly and hard-working and they have the "hustle" culture. People really put in a lot of hours to get work done. There are a lot of feedback avenues, even with the upper management.

Dislikes

Even though the company is a billion-dollar unicorn, the employees are compensated very poorly and made to work long hours. The work-life balance doesn't exist, they expect the employees to make them work their life and never leave the office. That hustle culture has become more of a toxic culture.
