The best thing about INSIDEA is, they offer remote working! This falls perfect so someone with responsibilities at home. The 5 day a week is definitely a plus point. A shout-out must go the team at INSIDEA, from the core management till the team, everyone are supportive, encouraging and more over always ready to teach new things.

Honestly, there isn't a lot of scope kept to dislike anything; however, the workload like any other company can sometimes be overwhelming. Nonetheless its all manageable.

Amazing work life balance , noteworthy culture, great pay, exciting work opportunities. The work opportunities are diverse making a excellent place to build a long lasting good career. The managers are very helpful.

Honestly, very difficult to highlight any major concern or dislike. Sometimes it can go a bit overwhelming but the team is very helpful to share the workload and guide you.

The CEO's attitude is to look out for something. The company is constantly growing and is very transparent. Love the work culture and honoured to be part of the company. I am satisfied I have enough room to grow.
