there is nothing to like in IIL only politics and third class politics.. anyone want to learn perfect industrial politics than I suggested you IIL..if you want to make career please don't join IIL

pure politics no work balance only 8 hours politics till you leave the plant.. only timpass from engeering head to down engeer everyone is nonsense.. MD only listen to engeering head whether it right or wrong..ver bad place to work.. Engeering VP only earn money from project which is going on from last 5 years till not completed .. and only trust VP Engeering

Castism and regionalism by Z M in Assam. He was always insulting me in front of everyone.Whereas my sale was in growth.He insist me to leave my job because he like to join new boy who related from his area and cast. I never wanted to leave my IIL company but due his bad behaviour or castism I left my job.
