Work culture is okay to say.

Dislikes

They treat you as like a slave, and there is no enough wages for slave works. Here there is no learnings, no employee benefits and finally the management peoples are always in favor of Management only. Simply I never recommend a people to work here.

Growth is slow. The work pressure is very High. Sometimes, I have to work 10 or 15 hrs straight in a day work evening and sometimes late into the night.
