There isn't a specific payday, and you have to keep asking for your salary for weeks. There is no job security either—despite being skilled and keeping your knowledge up-to-date, if you question the salary delay, they will fire you immediately without any notice. You will only find out when you stop receiving any responses from them. Additionally, if you are fired, they won't pay any pending salaries, if there are any.

It’s a startup, I was the legal Assistant in the company. When I joined it seemed very organised but it isn’t, the work structure is not related to your job most of the times.

.... 2. It has fired around 10-12 employees overnight without any notice period. 3. It’s been over 2 months since I left the company and I haven’t received my salary for the last 1.5 month I worked there. There are my coworkers who have not received the same. 4. Several calls and texts has been sent to the owner (Mr. Shorupan) and the team but no response have been received.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
