...North America region. Love the atmosphere as well as the clients we are closing. Great perks and fairly decent compensation structure.

Can't think of any at the moment. Will give it 6 months more and report back if things change.

Flexible working hours. No work pressure.

Dislikes

A lot of insecurity and negative energy around the office because of the lack of projects and delay in salary payments. No leadership at front, not a proper communication with employees to know and understand their problems and that's why it leads to negativity and unsatisfaction.

Everything. It's a 3bhk which is converted into an office. Salary is the biggest minus. Never on time. On paper it say between 5-10, but doesn't come untill the 26th. You can be fired anytime. Your salary is dependent on when the client pays. They have only 1 big client...and the company is running on their mercy.

Likes

There are many things which are positive about Inqnest. The teams are very good. The environment within teams is very good and fosters a growth culture with hardworking juniors and seniors who are supportive. I get to work with very good clients like Apollo, Max, PhonePe and some well funded startups. Every year working here you grow more confident and feel like you have improved a lot with exposure to such top clients. Adequate leaves and work from homes are available. The organization is not very strict about timings but focuses more on tasks at hand and their timely delivery. Great benefits and a understanding management.

Dislikes

Not a dislike for me but if you are not an expert in your field or feel you can somehow get by through politics or taking credit for other people's work you will find yourself out of favor very quickly. I have personally seen one or two people who are not able to perform because they maybe made up stuff on their CV etc. become very negative and toxic as they get isolated without being able to find a way to sneak ahead.

Working here has provided me with valuable exposure to diverse and prestigious clientele, which has significantly enriched my professional experience. I genuinely love the work I do here, as it continuously challenges me and allows me to grow. Additionally location of our office is an exceptional advantage.
