Inpixon is a good company having great work culture and flexible office timings. Salary was paid on time and technologies using in the company are good. Overall nice company to work.

Dislikes

Due to some fluctuations in US market few employees were laid off, but cannot say anything as it is quite common in IT field

THE MOST EMPLOYEE-CENTRIC COMPANY THERE EVER WAS OR WILL BE. This is coming from me, a critic of good and bad things in life, and there is nothing bad about Inpixon. All the policies are geared towards employee benefits, the leave policy is one of the best in the industry, and there is a dedicated family day every Friday/Monday in a quarter to promote a healthy work-life balance. All-hands call is done every month to give insights into the company and every employee gets access to the senior management to ask questions. All in all a great great company.

Likes

It was really rewarding. In our monthly all-hands meetings, everyone seemed genuinely happy. It seemed like a place that rewarded effort and ingenuity. There was a strong emphasis on a healthy life and work balance, and they actively encouraged us to pursue our own interests and professional development, or so it seemed. I felt good about what we were producing.

Dislikes

There was no room for growth for me. I was never going to advance. I'm glad it's over.
