... our country. I'm highly disappointed the way they are treating their employees. Salary delayed for more than 4 months or more there is no date for salary even they are not releasing fnf for the employees who left the organization. All this because the owner diverted public and invester money into their account highly toxic and unethical company not recommended even they offer you on 200% hike.

...reak down / spear stock not maintained company at site level that is not good. employee salary is need to stream line .

Salary is not paying on time, here salary is pending from 5-6month,PF in not submitting from last 1 years… the worst management I ever seen.. till now didn’t get any training, promotion or increment…. Forcing employees to compete 3 months notice period weather he wants to pay basic of remaining notice period.

...rk is going on as usual. No one cares if you do or don’t do. It’s up to you. And you don’t have to think about your salary. It will credit to your account at about 3 months intervals. No one cares if you come to the office, not come to the office. So it's totally fun. Everyone should experience this fun. Because there is no life without fun. All the best.

If you're fresher no where to go then inox is a good option, Working culture food and accommodation facilities awesome but you never get your salary on time its always delay, even they not care about your festivals also. Never work on small sites if you want to learn and do something in your life then always prefer big sites there you learn good and great.

1-Salary not on time 2-Management never care about your increment & promotions 3- management always stole your great effort to show himself great. 4- only managerial level persons get increments and promotions every years.
