Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Inoweave company which is manufacture of textile based electronics products like as jacquard control systems, rapier machine controller, temperature controller, elevator controller, looms controller, autoclaves and timer. In this company team environment is very good, team mates and training is good. I am very good learning of electronic products in this company. and work environment is very amazing, in the company innovation is very good.

Dislikes

Inoweave company is best company, but one of thing is dislike that when increment comes, salary increase is average. I am not satisfaction this part.

Inoweave is a great company in the textile market that makes nice jacquard machinery. It is very professional in its field and also with new technologies. They always try their best to the new technology and accept new changes in their company and work. Co-operate with the team and it is fully great teamwork. They work outside the team with special protocols and with clear instructions so they will never face any false commitment.
