- Any functions celebrated are celebrated in non-working hours or asked to celebrate on week offs. - Appraisal & promotions are not done in the professional process no doubt your expectations are considered and offered competitive appraisals but there is no proper process.

Glad to be a part of Inovant Solutions. They trust employees. My boss Mr. Waseem and Mr. Rehan are really a good hearted persons to listen employees problem and whole teams works together to get things happen. A positive work culture is the key to feel Success. Inovant solutions is the key for Success in both Business and Development Carrier in Information technology.

The management is very very friendly. For freshers they give real opportunities to work on live projects and explore various technologies. Also the package is very good along with job security. Entire corona period not 1RS was deducted from the company. Must company to work in if you are actually looking to build your career.

During project deployment it gets little hectic. But overall its an amazing experience to work here.

Inovant Solutions is probably one of the best service based industry to work in. One of the best work culture and career growth in the world of development. Specially for developers, the growth is tremendous.
