Remuneration to existing employees very poor but new hirings get paid excellent. There are unresolved or I solved issues with HR as no one can do anything except for CEO. Also biasness and favouritism is too much.

Low education staff with no any type of manners and responsibility. Alcohol Drinking in mall premises and they staff stolen Anath Ashram (cabin)clothes for self benefit…. Loss prevention misbehaving for all staff .

The work culture I like the most.The HR policy is very good. Company do take cares of their employees.

As I am working here from last one year, but yet till the time I have not found any thing which I dislike.

In orbit Mall ambience is Average shopping in the Mall customer Feels ok already Mall is Twelve yrs old convenient for customer who stay in madhavpur Jub and in one Roof Entertainment shopping Kids fun play & food court Now the Mall also look very old from Out side inside also Nothing great

Dislikes inside store Ac are not working no cooling looks store very old No painting no proper light

Work aura is wonderful. Learned enough and spent quality time with team. team member is great.

Sometime there is no Team work. Sallery is decent. No discussion with lower staff or any suggestions taken by higer authority(Managers).No team get together or anything. Other than everything is good.
