Fantastic company culture. Good work environment. Little politics, great work life balance. Low salaries and increments. Same level managers have different salary brackets which is bad

Remuneration to existing employees very poor but new hirings get paid excellent. There are unresolved or I solved issues with HR as no one can do anything except for CEO. Also biasness and favouritism is too much.

Was in the core team of Business Development which involved meeting people, pitching for my company, negotiations, involving with various departments to get the work through. Also manage the day today Operations. Maybe someday they feel my absence.
