Good Company in Other Part of World But in India it is Pathetic,Indian Management is not genuine and good

Salary ,Travel Expenses and Incentives Not Paid in time and fr last four month salary delayed more then a month time expense due fr last Six month , Incentive they promised and got the sales no saying no money , increment fr join last 3 yr zero and salary reduced to 50% still not paid fully all employees are struggling

There are no firm policies in the organisation. Things and policies change frequently and at the whims of some people.

...e at the whims of some individuals. Some team members are important than others. Claims and salaries don't come on time

Good Work life Balance and Timely Salary and reimbursements payments.

One way communication from Management. There is a lot of politics and management doesn’t listen you carefully about your day to day issues.They work as per their own understanding.
