Inogic is Company with potential but i have noticed that workload can be quite demanding , often requiring high level of commitment. while i am dedicated to contributing my best. I believe that more balanced workload would lead to increased productivity and employee well being

I was there for the interview cleared all rounds the Hr said there will be second round of interview for that will call you but they never call you for second round they just conduct interview to waste the time of the candidate nothing else if you don't have vacancy why are you taking interview and wasting time of the candidate. I will recommend you to Not go for interview in this company

Inogic is a great company to work for fresher as well as experienced folks. The learning curve for employees is huge. This place is like a hell , if u join and become a member of IP team that's mean you will be in big trouble, they treat you like a slave if you will not able to be their favourite. most of the time senior try to become your parents. Senior's of inogic always begging for respect like a college teacher. Inshort if you have some self respect then this company is not for you.
