...ly employee has to bear its burden. No health insurance policy, no leave policy. You will not get appointment letter for long time and that is also without salary breakup. No teamwork, no employee welfare, nor leadership vision.

Only Good thing we can find out there is the working guys. Because they are also suffering from the management s tyrant attitude. Good place for self learners because company doesn't have any proper plans for growth and learning for the skills enhancement of its workforce. Only thing they want is just polish the boots of management and work as per their instructions.

Dislikes

1) No management. 2) False project delivery commitments to clients. 3) Putting extra pressure on employees to work to fulfill their unexpected timelines commitment to clients. 4) No leave policy. 5) Non compliance of statutory dues like will deduct PF amounts for year and will nog deposit it in your account Will deduct TDS and this will never reflect in your form 26as even after the years. 6) if you think of leaving the organisation, then they will blackmail you for A) Non acceptance of resignation. B) never issue relieving letter and experience letter to you. C) never settle down your full and final amount . Force you to take either money or documents by blackmailing you and threat you against negative feedback for you background verification if any. Have history of never issuing relieving letter and other documents in past as well. They will hire and fire on the management's choice only and management doesn't even know the business requirement. Results in frustration among hired and fired employees always. Advise : Never join this company, else it will spoil your career forever..

Nothing is good in this company. They don't even provide resources to the juniors to learn.

Dislikes

Worst company I have ever seen ever. The office is full of politics, seniors always try to pull down juniors who are doing great. After leaving the company they don't even give the last month salary to them. The management of the company is also worst.
