...ver do that. They tried to see the best in me and gave me the option to come up. My salary increased 400% within 3 years after they found that I did good.

Dislikes

This is not a dislike from me, but I found this enjoyable. My responsibilities are ever increasing and getting busy day by day. This is a good thing for me, which says I am growing. But may not be good for all who are looking for lazy 9am-5pm job.

Poor management, daily they are fighting with each other for a cup of tea, on the time of salary you need to ask a beggar when will I receive my salary, they don't provide salary slips, even mail id , you need to create personal mail id on Google, they are hiring people but they don't have any seats for employees, very congested, you need to take lunch on your desk, when you need salary slips you need to ask like a beggar on a daily basis for 2-3 months. In a single cup you have to take tea daily and you have to wash it no one is there, some employees wash it for only water and next day you will receive the tea on that cup how unhygienic it is. They provide priority to their Kerala people only, don't go there in any situation.

...favoritism: all seniors are Keralites, and they prefer only their own community. No salary slip/pf is provided. HR is not there you can't even raise your queries. They except ppl to work overtime but they didn't give salaries on time, ppl have to beg for salaries and holidays they only give holiday on Onam not on other festivals. If you have taken long sick leave they will remove you from job without any proper communication and experience letter. There is no appreciation/acknowledgement of task done seniors(Keralite) further project that they have completed that task instead. They are running the office in basement in residential colony, proper infrastructure is not there.

Non-Kerala Employees are friendly.

There are no Work culture. No management team. No hike since last 3 years. The salary significantly lower than the promised offer letter. Excuse you are below average. Office politic , only priority kerala employee. If you are non -kerala employee please not join this company.
